The whole reason I tried this is because they explained that regular glutathione gets destroyed in your stomach before it does anything. that made sense because the pills I took before were useless. this one you can actually tell is working. my digestion is calmer, way less bloated by the end of the day, and my skin tone looks more even. the squeeze pack is so easy I just take it with my coffee. not the cheapest thing but it's the first one that did anything for me.

wanted to leave an honest review. this is not an overnight thing. the first 2 weeks I felt nothing and almost gave up. by week 4 my skin started looking brighter and I stopped getting that puffy bloated feeling after lunch. knocking off one star only because I wish the berry was a little less sweet, going to order orange cream next time. would still recommend, just be patient with it.
